Information you provide
If you contact the clinic, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, appointment preference and a short description of your enquiry. Avoid including detailed medical information in an initial website or WhatsApp enquiry.
How information may be used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide requested services and meet applicable legal or clinical record-keeping obligations.
WhatsApp and external services
The appointment form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp, email and Google Maps operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Reasonable steps are taken to limit access and protect it.
